PAYMENTS - payment is required before I start the work.REVISIONS - revisions are allowed during sketch phase. I would not be doing major or any changes at all once it has been approved. make sure to state what needs to be change as revising more than 3 times is not possible.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY - any deadlines that is early than what I stated may require a rush fee, turn around time may differ depending on queue. delivery of final work will be via email.USE - personal usage are given by default. commercial or monetization usage will have extra fees. do not edit, trace, altered or feed it to Ai in any way without permission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - I have all the rights to my work unless the rights are bought. do not claim the work as yours or resell the without permission. I reserve the right to display the art as portfolio or socials unless an NDA is purchased.REFUNDS - refund can be requested depending on the phase the art is currently in [ tax will not be covered ] :- by refunding, you agree to not use the art unless stated otherwise.

COMMUNICATION - as the client, I expect you to have smooth communication. Any delay will affect the turn around time. Feel free to ask any questions beforehand.However, if client didn't respond / ghosting withing 2 weeks, the work will be mark as abandoned, no refund will be permitted.
